At Alo Tech Solutions, we stand behind every product we sell. All items are thoroughly tested and inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Standard Warranty Coverage

Every product sold by Alo Tech Solutions comes with a minimum 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

What's Covered

• Hardware defects — Any manufacturing defect or component failure under normal use conditions
• DOA (Dead on Arrival) — Products that fail within the first 30 days are eligible for immediate replacement or full refund
• Functionality issues — Components that do not perform to published specifications

Warranty Terms by Condition

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us at info@alotechsolutions.com or call us with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Receive an RMA number — We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping instructions within 1 business day.
3. Ship the item — Send the product back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
4. Resolution — Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process a replacement or refund within 3-5 business days.

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage from misuse, accidents, or improper installation
• Damage from power surges or environmental factors
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality
• Products modified without authorization

Shipping for Warranty Claims

US customers: We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all valid warranty claims within the continental United States.

International customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Alo Tech covers outbound shipping for replacement items.
